The T16 mini clip-on split core current sensor, model name as SCT-T16, is widely used in sub-metering accurate measurement, data loggers to analyze building and machinery performance, digital fault recorders, smart grid application features, load center, three phase balance control, in-factory display, in-home display, inverters for solar and wind turbine system, and power measurement device for PLC

With 100A AC maximum continuous primary current and accuracy of 1.0, this split core current transformer can precisely turn AC current from 5A to 150A (max rated current) passing through the center conductor into smaller current in 0.333V or mA. The suggested load resistance is no more than 50ohm. Due to the split core structure, it is ideal for installation on existing electrical wiring. What you need to do is just to snap around the conductor.
